Feasibility analysis of the plan

Based on the customer's customized needs, we will conduct preliminary discussions and requirements analysis, including the hardware architecture of the product, software, and industrial process design.

When designing the product, scalability is considered as much as possible, so many of our OBM standard products have built-in extension interfaces in their design, making it easy to customize.
Mechanical structure design

Through structural design and analysis, material selection and application, and the application of engineering principles, ensure that the equipment casing has good stability, durability, and functionality.
Software Design

Can provide systems including Windows, Linux, Raspberry PI, etc; Remote device monitoring and management.
Industrial Process Design

We will provide the designed 3D model, and after fully confirming the process, render the high-definition image of the product and create the corresponding product specification book.
Approval and production

After the plan is determined, a prototype will be produced and approved by the customer. Confirm production and delivery times, and start mass production of customized products.
