Monitors performance of the product; maintains product manuals; provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
Responds to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
Assists in installing the equipment; analyzes, inspects, and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands
Works alongside with technical sales engineers
Develops and maintains relations with customers

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical engineering (preferred), mechanical, computer engineering or related technical field from a four years college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience, 3-5 years’ experience
Experience required is 1-3 years
Experience with industrial control systems (PLC, embedded, PC based. etc.), manufacturing equipment applications, and/or factory automation systems
Testing and troubleshooting of automation products like industrial PCs, Embedded PCs, Hand-held Pendant Station, etc.
EtherCAT fieldbus and/or other industrial fieldbus protocol
Proven experience in an electrical/ installation environment
Ability to work in a high stress environment while maintaining professionalism
Experience of engaging with customers in a pressured environment
