When a repair request is made, you will frist be routed Tech Support to see if the issue can be solved remotely and carry out via a video switch. If not, a RMA ( Return Material Authorization) form will be sent to customers to begin PanelMate in -house repair.
For Out-of-warranty repairs, there may be additional charge.
